Hello. My name is CAPRI and I was brought to BHS because my owner didn't really have time for me anymore. I came into BHS kinda scared and pretty backward when it came to people. I may be a small dog but please do not think I am the type of dog who likes to be picked up and carried around or wants to be put in a purse--because that is not me. I do enjoy being around people once I get to know them but if you are interested in me, you will need to come back to BHS a few times until I can feel comfortable with you. I also need to be muzzled while at the vet and grooming me may require sedation--It would be best for me to be adopted by someone who has prior dog experience and no children at home...an all adult household is what I am looking for. Once I get to know you and trust you, you will see how much fun I can be-especially when I play with my squeaky toys and my favorite ball. I will run back and forth forever after my squeaky toys when you throw them to me-and I will bring them back to you.
